Term of Performance. This Contract takes effect as of the Effective Date and continues for months, unless terminated earlier or extended pursuant to the terms of this contract. The City will establish the start and expiration dates at the time of formal award and release of this contract.
Term of Performance. The term of performance for this APA shall begin on January 1, 2020, and end no later than December 31, 2021, unless extended in writing by both Parties. This APA may be renewed annually for additional one-year terms upon written approval by both Parties, for a period of up to five years, ending on December 31, 2026, pending available funding by both Parties.
