Common use of Agreement Extension Option Clause in Contracts

Agreement Extension Option. The Chief Procurement Officer may at any time before this Agreement expires elect to renew this Agreement for one (1) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions as this original Agreement, except as provided otherwise in this Agreement, by notice in writing to Consultant. After notification by the Chief Procurement Officer, this Agreement must be modified to reflect the time extension in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.c.
