AGREEMENT FINAL AND COMPLETE. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements. In case any addition/ alteration in the agreement is required, the same shall be incorporated in a supplementary agreement.

Any terms or conditions in any forms of the parties used in the performance of this Agreement that are in conflict with the terms and conditions hereof are void.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings whether written or oral pertaining to its subject matter. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that it has not been induced to enter into this Agreement in reliance upon, and in connection with this Agreement, does not have any remedy and waives all rights in respect of, any warranty, representation, promise, statement, agreement or undertaking of any nature whatsoever other than as expressly contained in this Agreement, except that this Clause 18.1 shall not exclude liability in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation.
