The Executive agrees that, during employment and at all times thereafter, he will not disparage or criticize the Company, its Affiliates, their business, their management or their products or services, and he will not otherwise do or say anything that could disrupt the good morale of employees of the Company or any of its Affiliates or harm the interests or reputation of the Company or any of its Affiliates.
