Agreement Not to Disparage. The Executive agrees that, during employment and at all times thereafter, he will not disparage or criticize the Company, its Affiliates, their business, their management or their products or services, and he will not otherwise do or say anything that could disrupt the good morale of employees of the Company or any of its Affiliates or harm the interests or reputation of the Company or any of its Affiliates.

The Executive agrees that, during employment and at all times thereafter, he he/she will not disparage or criticize the Company, its Affiliates, their business, their management or their products or services, and he he/she will not otherwise do or say anything that could disrupt the good morale of employees of the Company or any of its Affiliates or harm the interests or reputation of the Company or any of its Affiliates, but may provide truthful, non-Confidential Information in response to any statement made by the Executive Leadership of the Company with respect to the Executive that he/she reasonably believes to be disparaging.

The Executive agrees that, during employment and at all times thereafter, he he/she will not disparage or criticize the Company, its Affiliates, their business, their management or their products or services, and he he/she will not otherwise do or say anything that could disrupt the good morale of employees of the Company or any of its Affiliates or harm the interests or reputation of the Company or any of its Affiliates, but may provide truthful, non-Confidential Information in response to any statement made by the Executive Leadership of the Company with respect to the Executive that he reasonably believes to be disparaging.
