During the Employment Term and for the Post-Termination Period, Key Employee shall not, either directly or indirectly, on Key Employee’s behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, (i) solicit, divert, or hire away, or (ii) attempt to solicit, divert, or hire away, any employee of or consultant to the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
