Agreement Not to Solicit Clients. During the Nonsolicitation Period, Employee shall not, except with the Company’s express prior written consent, for the benefit of any entity or person (including Employee) solicit, induce or encourage any customer or client of the Company or a Subsidiary, which during the preceding twelve (12) months of Employee’s employment with the Company or Subsidiary Employee was either involved (directly or indirectly) or about which Employee received Confidential Information, to cease or reduce its business with the Company or a Subsidiary.
