If Company performs its obligations to deliver the severance compensation set forth in Sections 2.2 and 2.3 of this Agreement, then for a period of one (1) year after Executive’s termination of employment, Executive will not solicit any employee of the Company to discontinue that person’s employment relationship with the Company.
