You represent that you have not initiated, filed, or caused to be filed and agree not to initiate, file, cause to be filed, or otherwise pursue any Released Claims against any of the Released Parties. You agree not to encourage any person, including any current or former Adverum employee or contractor, to file any kind of claim whatsoever against any of the Released Parties.
