In return for Employer’s obligations under this Agreement, Executive gives up, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any right to file any lawsuit against Employer about anything arising in the course of or out of Executive’s employment or the termination of Executive’s employment with Employer under the law of any state or country, whether statutory or common law.
