Agreement Otherwise Unchanged. Except as otherwise specifically amended herein, the balance of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of the Lender, the Collateral Agent or the Administrative Agent under the Credit Agreement, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement.
Agreement Otherwise Unchanged. Except as provided in this Amendment, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect, and each reference to the “Agreement” and words of similar import in the Agreement, refer to the “Agreement” as amended by this Amendment.

Except as expressly set forth herein, the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are in all respects hereby ratified and confirmed. Other than as specifically provided herein, this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver or amendment of any right, power or privilege of any party under the Agreement or of any other term or condition of the Agreement.
