AGREEMENT PERIOD. 3.2.1 The tenure of the Agreement shall be for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the Expiry Date (the “Agreement Period”). Provided that in the event of Termination, the Agreement Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending with the Termination Date. 3.2.2 The Parties may mutually agree to extend the term of this Agreement for a further period of 5 (five) years on mutually agreed terms and conditions subject to the following conditions: On the 8th (eighth) anniversary from the Appointed Date, if the Parties agree in principle that the Agreement Period is to be extended for further period, the Parties shall initiate dialogue to extend the term of this Agreement on mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
