Common use of AGREEMENT PERIOD Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of three (3) years and/or the end of the Warranty Period for the last Shunter, purchased under this Agreement, whichever is longer (the "Agreement Period"). ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for additional two (2) years by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.

All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.

All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.

ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for additional two periods of up to twenty four (224) years months by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply apply, mutatis mutandis, during Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.

ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for additional two periods of up to twenty four (224) years months by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply apply, mutatis mutandis, during Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.
