Common use of AGREEMENT PERIOD Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years and/or until the end of the Warranty Period, whichever is longer (the "Agreement Period"). ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) years by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during the Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of five twenty four (524) years months and/or until the end of the Warranty PeriodPeriod for the last Machine, purchased under this Agreement, whichever is longer (the "Agreement Period"). ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for an additional two periods of up to twenty four (224) years months by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during the Optional Periodapply, mutatis mutandis, during Optional Period.

AGREEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of five three (53) years and/or until 24 months after the end of the Warranty PeriodPeriod and/or two (2) months following the last Service Support Visit under this Agreement, whichever is longer (the "Agreement Period"). ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for an additional two three (23) years by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during the Optional Period, mutatis mutandis.

AGREEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of five twenty four (524) years months and/or until the end of the Warranty PeriodPeriod for the last B.S.T.S, purchased under this Agreement, whichever is longer (the "Agreement Period"). ISR shall have the option, upon its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for an additional two periods of up to twenty four (224) years months by providing Supplier with 30 days prior written notice before the end of the Agreement Period (the "Optional Period"). All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply during the Optional Periodapply, mutatis mutandis, during Optional Period.
