AGREEMENT PURPOSE. Section 1.1. The Agreement, entered into by the University of Cincinnati, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "FOP," has as its purpose the following: Section 1.2. The mission of the Department of Public Safety is to promote a safe, secure and accommodating environment that furthers the University of Cincinnati’s goals of education, research and public service.
