Common use of AGREEMENT RE-OPENER Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT RE-OPENER. 32.01 The contents of this Agreement may be altered at any time with the mutual consent of the parties. 32.02 Should either party wish to alter the Agreement, such request must be made in writing to the other party. The request shall contain the proposed amendment and a proposed date and place of meeting. 32.03 Within fifteen (15) days of receiving the request outlined in Article 32.02, a written response must be made by the second party, indicating whether or not a meeting shall occur.
