Agreement Recommendations. The Stormwater Implementation Committee shall be the vehicle whereby agreements of project scope and cost sharing between the County and multiple Municipalities within the County are reviewed and recommended to the Municipalities and County. For agreements solely between the Town and the County, the Stormwater Implementation Committee Review is not required.
