Agreement Regarding Solicitation of Employees. In consideration of the monetary payments and other benefits provided to you or on your behalf by the Company in this Separation Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that for a period of two (2) years following the termination of your employment with the Company, you will not, directly or indirectly, for your own account or for the benefit of any other person or party, solicit, induce, entice, or attempt to entice any employee, or independent contractor of the Company to terminate his or her employment relationship, agreements or contracts with the Company.
