Common use of Agreement Required Clause in Contracts

Agreement Required. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Contract, all changes shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Parties, and no Change Order shall be effective until signed by both Parties. Neither Party shall proceed with any requested change until the Change Order has been signed by both Parties.
