Agreement Subject to ISO Tariff and ISO Metering Protocol. This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the ISO Tariff and ISO Metering Protocol which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein, as the same may be changed or superseded from time to time. The Parties agree that they will comply with the provisions of Section 10 of the ISO Tariff and the ISO Metering Protocol of the ISO Tariff.
