Additional Wet Weather Procedure. 14.15.1 Remaining On Site a) for more than an accumulated total of four hours of ordinary time in any one day; or b) after the meal break, as provided for in clause 17.1 of the Award, for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or c) during the final two hours of the normal work day for more than an accumulated total of one hour, the Enterprise will not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances.
Additional Wet Weather Procedure. 33.14.1 Remaining On Site a) for more than an accumulated total of four hours of ordinary time in any one day; or b) after the meal break, as provided for in clause 28.1 of the Award, for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or c) during the final two hours of the normal work day for more than an accumulated total of one hour, the employer shall not be entitled to require the employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances. Provided that where, by agreement between the employer and/or the employers representative and the employee’s representative the employees remain on site beyond the periods specified above, any such additional wet time shall be paid for but shall not be debited against the employees’ hours (refer clause 33.10).
Additional Wet Weather Procedure. (a) Remaining on-site (i) Where Employees are prevented from working because it is raining: A. for more than an accumulated total of four (4) hours of ordinary time in any one day; B. after the meal break, for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or C. during the final two (2) hours of the normal workday for more than an accumulated total of one (1) hour, the Employer will not be entitled to require Employees to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances. (ii) Provided that where, by agreement between the Employer and/or the Union Delegate and the Employees, the Employees remain on site beyond the periods specified in clause 34.14(a)(i) any such additional wet time will be paid for but will not be debited against the Employees’ hours (refer to clause 34.10).

(c) Rain at starting time (d) In this clause, a dry area shall mean a work location that has not become saturated by rain or where water would not drip on the employees.

Additional Wet Weather Procedure. 27.14.1 Remaining On Site Where FTMs are prevented from working because it is raining: a) for more than an accumulated total of four hours of ordinary time in any one day; or b) after the meal break, , for more than an accumulated total of 50% of the normal afternoon work time; or c) during the final two hours of the normal work day for more than an accumulated total of one hour the employer shall not be entitled to require the FTMs to remain on site beyond the expiration of any of the above circumstances. Provided that where, by agreement between the employer and/or the employers representative and the FTM’s representative the FTMs remain on site beyond the periods specified above, any such additional wet time shall be paid for but shall not be debited against the FTMs’ hours (refer to the RDO clause). 27.14.2 Rain at Starting Time Where the FTMs are in the sheds, because they have been rained off, or at starting time, morning tea, or lunchtime, and it is raining, they shall not be required to go to work in a dry area or to be transferred to another site unless: • The rain stops; or • A covered walkway has been provided; or • The sheds are under cover and the FTMs can get to the dry area without going through the rain; or • Adequate protection is provided. Protection shall, where necessary, be provided for the FTMs’ tools. In this clause, a dry area shall mean a work location that has not become saturated by rain or where water would not drip on the FTMs.
