Common use of Agreement to Convey to Agency Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a leasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a leasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Facility Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Facility Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a leasehold subleasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, (ii) a leasehold interest in the Improvements, and (iiiii) lien-free title to the Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency as of the Closing Date (i) a leasehold subleasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a leasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Equipment, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a and leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a sub-leasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a leasehold interest good and marketable fee title in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a all of its rights and interests in the leasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereon, and (ii) lien-free title to the Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Equipment and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.

Agreement to Convey to Agency. The Company has conveyed or has caused to be conveyed to the Agency (i) a leasehold interest in the Land, including any buildings, structures or other improvements thereonLand and Improvements existing thereon on the date hereof, and (ii) lien-free title to the Facility Equipment, and will convey or cause to be conveyed to the Agency for further lease to the Company lien-free title to or a leasehold interest in the Facility Equipment and any improvements to the Land and Improvements acquired after the date hereof, in each case except for Permitted Encumbrances.
