Common use of Agreement to Pay IHCP Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Pay IHCP. The Managed Care Plan shall pay the IHCP for covered Medicaid managed care services in accordance with the requirements set out in Section 1932(h) of the Social Security Act and 42 C.F.R. §§ 438.14 and 457.1209.
