Purpose of Addendum; Supersession. The purpose of this Contractor Addendum for Indian Health Care Providers (IHCPs) is to apply special terms and conditions necessitated by federal law and regulations to the network IHCPs agreement by and between (herein "Contractor”) and SAMPLE _(herein "Indian Health Care Provider (IHCP)"). To the extent that any provision of the Contractor’s network IHCP agreement or any other addendum thereto is inconsistent with any provision of this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall supersede all such other provisions.1
