Agreement to Surrender. The Landlord shall execute and complete the Agreement to Surrender within seven days of receipt of the Surrender Agreement Notice and shall immediately thereafter send to the Tenant the original Agreement to Surrender executed by the Landlord duly completed.

Agreement to Surrender. 2.1 In consideration of the Landlord the Management Company and the Tenant entering into the New Leases, the Tenant with the consent and approval of the Management Company agrees to surrender and yield up to the Landlord, all its estate, interest and rights in the Property on the Completion Date in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the Landlord agrees to accept the Surrender on those terms.
2.2 This Agreement does not operate as a Surrender and the Lease shall continue in full force and effect until completion of the Surrender.
Agreement to Surrender. On and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Tenant and the Shopping Centre Parties hereby agree that, with effect as of the applicable Surrender Date, the TEC Sears Lease shall be amended, partially surrendered and partially terminated and the other Subject Leases shall be fully surrendered and fully terminated.
