Agreement Variation and Change Procedure. Excepting change that is predominantly cosmetic or needs to be made to ensure that an existing SLA requirement or provision does not infringe upon another, the CRB, through the Authorised Officer, will provide The Force with at least 60 days‟ notice of any potential variation. Where appropriate the DSB may be asked to consider variations or changes to this Agreement. Elements of this Agreement may be varied or changed upon agreement between the CRB and The Force where the impact of that change affects The Force alone. Budget and volume agreements are areas where amendment may be made without referral to the DSB. Where the amendment affects more than one Force, the amendment will require formal consultation through DSB. All changes that affect this Agreement from a national perspective must be agreed between the Authorised Officer and DSB in writing. The Agreement will be version controlled i.e. the first agreed and issued version of this 2011 – 2012 NSLA would be referred to as “NSLA 1112 1.0”; the first revision, “NSLA 1112 2.0” etc.

  • DURATION, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION A. Effective Date: The effective date of this agreement is October 2, 2017, provided that SSA reported the proposal to re-establish this matching program to the Congressional committees of jurisdiction and OMB in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(2)(A) and OMB Circular A-108 (December 23, 2016), and SSA published notice of the matching program in the Federal Register in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552a(e)(12).
