AGREEMENTS FURNISHED. The District and the Association shall meet and proof the Agreement within sixty (60) days of signing. The District will ensure that copies of this Agreement are printed within sixty (60) days of proofing and will pay the full cost of printing such Agreements. The District will provide eighty (80) copies of the Agreement to the Association in 8½” x 11” format. The District will provide a copy of the Agreement to all current employees within two (2) weeks of receipt of printed copies. New members will be provided a copy of the Agreement upon employment by the Human Resources Department. Additionally, an electronic copy shall be provided by the District to the Association. Copies of any side letters or other modifications agreed to within the life of the Agreement shall be provided by the District to the Association for attachment to each copy.
