Common use of Agreements to Run with the Land Clause in Contracts

Agreements to Run with the Land. This Agreement shall be recorded against the Property as described in Exhibit A-1 and shown on Exhibit A-2. The agreements contained herein shall be deemed to run with the land.

The burdens of this Agreement are binding upon, and the benefits of the Agreement shall inure to, all successors in interest to the Parties to the Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Developer must obtain approval from the City to assign its rights under this Agreement as more particularly described under Paragraph 30.
