Agreements with Contractors that Have Employees. Contractor must maintain during the term of this Agreement workers’ compensation coverage to meet minimum requirements of the California Labor Code, and it must provide coverage for employer’s liability bodily injury at minimum limits of $1 million per accident or disease.
