AHS Use. The programs in section A-1 and A-2 where there is an “A” in the column entitled “AHS Use” are limited-use licenses that may only be used solely for the Vermont Agency of Human Services and the following AHS departments (collectively, the “Authorized Users of the AHS Use programs”): the Department of Mental Health (DMH); the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL); the Department for Children and Families (DCF); the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA); the Department of Health (VDH); and the Department of Corrections (DOC). You warrant and represent that you have the full legal authority to bind the Authorized Users of the AHS Use programs to the terms and conditions of this ordering document and agreement, and that you shall be responsible for any breach by such Authorized Users of the AHS Use programs.”

AHS Use. The programs in sections A-1 and A-2 where there is an “A” in the column entitled “AHS Use” are limited-use licenses that may only be used solely for the Vermont Service Oriented Architecture – Infrastructure Components Project to support AHS’ technical infrastructure and business applications in order to support the provision of services for Vermont’s Human Services functions by you and the following AHS departments (collectively, the “Authorized Users of the AHS Use programs”): the Department of Mental Health (DMH); the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL); the Department for Children and Families (DCF); the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA); the Department of Health (VDH); and the Department of Corrections (DOC). You warrant and represent that you have the full legal authority to bind the Authorized Users of the AHS Use programs to the terms and conditions of this ordering document and agreement, and that you shall be responsible for any breach by such Authorized Users of the AHS Use programs.”

  • Business Use Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE. Eligibility is limited to the following: cars, trucks and vans used for route sales, inspections, maintenance, repair, landscaping, carrying tools to a job site and eligible vehicles owned by religious / charitable organizations.

  • TECHNOLOGY/KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ACTIVITIES The goal of this task is to develop a plan to make the knowledge gained, experimental results, and lessons learned available to the public and key decision makers. • Prepare an Initial Fact Sheet at start of the project that describes the project. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others. o A description of the intended use(s) for and users of the project results. o Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name. o Copies of documents, fact sheets, journal articles, press releases, and other documents prepared for public dissemination. These documents must include the Legal Notice required in the terms and conditions. Indicate where and when the documents were disseminated. o A discussion of policy development. State if project has been or will be cited in government policy publications, or used to inform regulatory bodies. o The number of website downloads or public requests for project results. o Additional areas as determined by the CAM. • Conduct technology transfer activities in accordance with the Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan. These activities will be reported in the Progress Reports. • When directed by the CAM, develop Presentation Materials for an Energy Commission- sponsored conference/workshop(s) on the project. • When directed by the CAM, participate in annual EPIC symposium(s) sponsored by the California Energy Commission. • Provide at least (6) six High Quality Digital Photographs (minimum resolution of 1300x500 pixels in landscape ratio) of pre and post technology installation at the project sites or related project photographs. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Report on technology transfer activities conducted during the project. • Initial Fact Sheet (draft and final) • Final Project Fact Sheet (draft and final) • Presentation Materials (draft and final) • High Quality Digital Photographs • Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan (draft and final) • Technology/Knowledge Transfer Report (draft and final)

  • Possession and Use Contractor may possess, use and reproduce Confidential Information solely for the Purpose. Contractor shall not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose.

  • Other Uses Even if Customer opts out of PEP, the Software monitors, records, and reports to Sage information about the installation and use of the Software, including, but not limited to, information about Customer’s devices and the frequency, type, and manner of use to which the Software is put. Customer acknowledges that Sage may collect, use, and disclose the information as described in the Sage Privacy Notice posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/privacy-and-cookies/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software, Inc.) or xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-ca/legal/privacy-and-cookies/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software Canada Ltd.), or such other URL as Sage may notify Customer of, and as may be described in the user interface associated with the applicable features.

  • Third Party Use You may allow your agents, contractors and outsourcing service providers (each a “Permitted Third Party”) to use the Product(s) licensed to you hereunder solely for your benefit in accordance with the terms of this XXXX and you are responsible for any such Permitted Third Party’s compliance with this XXXX in such use. Any breach by any Permitted Third Party of the terms of this XXXX will be considered your breach.
