Common use of AIDS Prevention Clause in Contracts

AIDS Prevention. A. Surgical gloves and plastic disposable resuscitation masks shall be made available for each employee's use. Such equipment shall be replaced immediately after use. B. A member who has been exposed to blood or other body fluids of an individual during duty hours shall be immediately afforded a reasonable period of time to wash and cleanse after such exposure.
