Common use of Air and Water Clause in Contracts

Air and Water. The Subrecipient shall comply with the following requirements insofar as they apply to the performance of this Agreement: (1) The Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et. seq.) as amended; particularly Section 176(c) and (d) (42 U.S.C. 7506(c) and (d)); and (2) Determining Conformity of Federal Actions to State or Federal Implementation Plans (Environmental Protection Agency—40 CFR Parts 6, 51, and 93). ● Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251, et seq., as amended, including the requirements specified in Section 114 and Section 308 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, and all regulations and guidelines issued thereunder.
