AIR CONDITIONERS. Each crane cabin and gear truck shall, where practicable, be equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner maintained in workable order. Where it is not practicable to install air conditioning a crane cabin shall contain a radiator and fan, both of which shall be maintained in good condition.
