Common use of Air Pollution Emergency Clause in Contracts

Air Pollution Emergency. An employee unable to work on a regularly scheduled work day due to an air pollution emergency shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for the period of the emergency unless they choose to use accumulated overtime credit, sick leave credit, vacation credit or holiday leave credit for the period of time off work due to the emergency.
