Common use of Aircraft Construction Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Construction. Any tenant engaging in final assembly of Aircraft under construction or non-commercial construction of amateur-built or kit-built Aircraft shall first submit to the airport manager for approval a construction schedule setting forth expected stages of completion at 90 day intervals. Construction progress according to the construction schedule is subject to inspection of the airport manager, who may stop and order removal of an aircraft construction project that is not making reasonable progress. All construction must be completed and the Aircraft made operable or removed from the Premises no later than 2 years after any components for the Aircraft construction are brought onto the airport.
