AIRCRAFT ENGINES. Two aircraft engines, each such engine having 750 or more rated take-off horsepower or the equivalent thereof, whether or not such engines shall be installed in or attached to the Airframe or any other airframe, identified as follows: Manufacturer's Manufacturer Model Serial Number ------------ ----- ------------- in each case, together with all Parts which are from time to time incorporated or installed in or attached thereto or which have been removed therefrom, unless the Lien of the Indenture shall not be applicable to such Part pursuant to the provisions of the Indenture. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the aforesaid property unto the Indenture Trustee, its successors and assigns, in trust for the benefit and security of the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Swap Counterparty from time to time, except as provided in Section 2.11 and Article 3 of the Indenture, without, in the case of the Noteholders, any preference, distinction or priority of any one Equipment Note over any other by reason of series, priority of time of issue, sale, negotiation, date of maturity thereof or otherwise for any reason whatsoever, and for the uses and purposes and subject to the terms and provisions set forth in the Indenture.
