Aircraft Identification for Technical Data. 14.2.1 For those Technical Data that are customized to the Buyer’s Aircraft, the Buyer agrees to the allocation of fleet serial numbers (“Fleet Serial Numbers”) in the form of block of numbers selected in the range from 001 to 999. 14.2.2 The sequence will not be interrupted unless two (2) different Propulsion Systems or two (2) different models of Aircraft are selected. 14.2.3 The Buyer will indicate to the Seller the Fleet Serial Number allocated to each Aircraft corresponding to the delivery schedule set forth in Clause 9.1 no later than ***** before the Scheduled Delivery Month of the first Aircraft.
