The minimum limits of Aircraft Liability insurance (inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy) including Passenger’s Liability Coverage covering all aircraft owned, leased and/or hired by Company (if applicable) and non-owned aircraft used by Company are: Bodily Injury, Personal Injury and Property Damage Liability Combined single limit $1,000,000 If Company does not own or lease aircraft non-owned aircraft liability insurance is still required.
