Aircraft Liability (When Applicable. 1. When necessary to use aircraft for the performance of the CONSULTANT’s Services under the terms of this Contract, either by the CONSULTANT or SUB- CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT or SUB-CONSULTANT operating the aircraft shall carry aircraft liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Passenger Liability. Coverage shall apply to owned, non-owned and hired aircraft.
