Common use of Aircraft Status Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Status. On and subject to the terms of this Agreement: (a) except as specified herein, the Aircraft (including the Aircraft Documents) will be sold by the Seller and purchased by the Purchaser on the Delivery Date for such Aircraft in an "AS IS", "WHERE IS" condition; and (b) Seller shall pass to Purchaser upon Delivery of such Aircraft good and marketable title to such Aircraft (including the Aircraft Documents), free and clear of any and all Security Interests other than Permitted Liens.
