Common use of Airline Improvements Clause in Contracts

Airline Improvements. Except for routine maintenance on installed equipment, an Authority Tenant Work Permit is required any time the Airline performs or hires an outside contractor to perform any construction on or modification or alterations to its Airline Premises. The Airline will make no improvements or alterations whatsoever to the common use areas. The Airline will make no improvements or alterations whatsoever to its Airline Premises without the prior written approval of the Authority under the Tenant Work Permit, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Authority of the Airline’s plans and specifications for any construction on or modification or alterations to its Airline Premises, the Authority will inform the Airline that the plans are either approved as submitted, approved subject to certain stated conditions and changes, or not approved.
