AIRPORT CUSTOMS SECURITY BOND. [IF APPLICABLE] In accordance with Title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 113, the contractor shall obtain an Airport Customs Security Bond in order to have access to the Federal Inspection Station (FIS), and One Stop Cargo and Fumigation Facility at Xxxxxx Xxxx Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Xxxxxxx X. Hobby Airport (HOU). In addition to the words and terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below. When not inconsistent with the context, words used in the present tense include the future, words used in the plural number include the singular number, and words in the singular include the plural. The word “shall” is always mandatory and not merely permissive.
