Airport Security. Lessee shall be responsible for the locking and securing of all gates adjacent to its building at all times with no exceptions. Any fines assessed against Airport or Lessor by the FAA, TSA, or other agency as a result of Lessee's failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph or other intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Lessee's employees or agents will be paid promptly to Airport by Lessee within thirty days (30) days of the date of Airport's receipt of invoice from the FAA, TSA, or other agency.
