Common use of AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE; REGISTRATION Clause in Contracts

AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE; REGISTRATION. The Aircraft when returned to Lessor shall have a currently effective airworthiness certificate and, if required by Lessor, the documentation necessary to obtain an airworthiness certificate for export to such location as may be designated by Lessor) issued by the Aeronautics Authority, and shall be in such condition and shall have such supporting documentation as would be required to maintain the airworthiness certificate from the Aeronautics Authority for FAR Part 121 passenger operations with no restrictions and the certificate of registration. The Aircraft shall be equipped for operation in accordance with FAR Part 121 passenger operations.
