Common use of Alarm and Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Alarm and Monitoring. BellSouth shall place environmental alarms in the Central Office for the protection of BellSouth equipment and facilities. Interconnector shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service the Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide Interconnector with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by Interconnector.

Interconnector Network Telephone shall be responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment alarms used to service the Collocation Space. Upon request, BellSouth will provide Interconnector Network Telephone with applicable tariffed service(s) to facilitate remote monitoring of collocated equipment by InterconnectorNetwork Telephone.
