Albany Division. The portion of the Thruway between Milepost 76.5 in Ulster County and Milepost 197.9 in Xxxxxxxxxx County, including the Berkshire Spur from Milepost B 0.00 to Milepost B 24.28. Also, the Champlain Canal between Waterford (intersection with the Erie Canal) and Whitehall (north end of Lock C-12), the Erie Canal between Waterford (intersection with the Champlain Canal) and east end of Lock E-10, and the Erie Canal from east end of Lock E-10 to west end of Lock E-16.
Albany Division. The portion of the Thruway between Milepost 76.5 in Ulster County and Milepost 197.9 in Xxxxxxxxxx County, including the Berkshire Spur from Milepost B 0.00 to Milepost B 24.28.
Albany Division. The Albany division office building will be included in the NYC Allocated Assets. All dispatching functions will be assigned to NYC and CSXT except those for dispatching the Southern tier, including the Corning secondary, the New Jersey transit line, the Buffalo line and other Albany division segments included in the PRR Allocated Assets, which functions will be assigned and transferred to PRR and NSR. The parties intend that the dispatching desks, equipment and similar property associated with a dispatching function will, to the extent practicable, follow the assignment of that function to the party designated pursuant to clauses (i) through (v) above, to enable such party to perform dispatching necessary in connection with the Assets allocated to or used by such party. In addition, the parties recognize that interim dispatching services may be required to be provided to each other for the above Routes during a brief interim period (which shall be no longer than reasonably necessary) and that the parties may charge reasonable fees for such services.
