Albemarle County. 1. The County shall pay an annual amount for public transit services provided during the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 as set forth in Exhibit B to this agreement. Payments shall be from the County to the City on the following intervals: Equal quarterly payments are due in July, October, January and April. The actual fiscal year public transit services funding as stated in IV. Section A.1 to be provided by the County to the City will be determined based upon the actual City approved budget and actual approved state and federal grants for operational expenses for the upcoming fiscal year.
