Common use of Alberta and British Columbia Clause in Contracts

Alberta and British Columbia. Prairie District: The Provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and that portion of Ontario west of, but excluding Xxxxxxxxx and Nipigon. Ontario District: The Province of Ontario east of, and including Xxxxxxxxx and Nipigon, and west of but excluding Chalk River, Xxxxx and Brockville. Eastern District: That portion of the Province of Ontario east of, and including, Chalk River, Xxxxx and Brockville, and the Provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island and Nova Scotia. When new Seniority and Promotion Districts are created, or the boundaries of the present Seniority and Promotion Districts are changed, employees concerned will have one (1) year from the date of change in which to exercise seniority rights on their original Seniority and Promotion District, provided that only one such move will be permitted.
