Common use of ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG ( Clause in Contracts

ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG (. “AOD”) POLICY Residents are expected to be familiar with and uphold local, state, and federal laws and College policies regarding the use and possession of alcohol and/or other drugs. Violations of the College’s AOD policy that occur inside Xxxx College owned housing, in the entryways to these buildings, or on external housing structures (i.e., porches and balconies) will be considered a breach of the Housing Contract and may result in termination of the Contract according to the applicable termination guidelines. The College’s AOD policy is distributed to each student at the beginning of the academic year.
