Alendronate Administration. Alendronate must be taken with water only (not mineral water) at least 30 minutes before the first food, beverage or medicinal product (including antacids, calcium supplements and vitamins) of the day. Other beverages (including mineral water), food and some medicinal products are likely to reduce the absorption of alendronate. The following instructions should be followed exactly in order to minimize the risk of esophageal irritation and related adverse reactions. · Alendronate should only be swallowed after getting up for the day with a full glass of water (not less than 200 mL or 7 fl. oz.). · Subjects should only swallow alendronate whole. Subjects should not crush or chew the tablet or allow the tablet to dissolve in their mouths because of a potential for oropharyngeal ulceration. · Subjects should not lie down until after their first food of the day. · Subjects should not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking alendronate. · Alendronate should not be taken at bedtime or before arising for the day. At the Month 3, Month 6, Month 12 and Month 18 visits, the unused alendronate tablets are to be returned to the clinic for counting and the subject will be dispensed additional alendronate. At the Month 24 visit, all unused alendronate tablets are to be returned to the study site.

  • CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The Manager will provide the following corporate administrative services for the Fund:

  • Tax Administration (a) The Trustee is hereby appointed as attorney-in-fact and agent for the initial Tax Matters Person; provided, that the Trustee may appoint, and hereby does so appoint, the Certificate Administrator as attorney-in-fact and agent for the Tax Matters Person. The Trustee may, by written notice delivered to the Certificate Administrator, revoke the appointment of the Certificate Administrator as attorney-in-fact and agent for the Tax Matters Person, in which case the Trustee shall act in such capacity.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Foreign Custody Manager Services (a) The Fund, on behalf of its Board, delegates to the Custodian, and the Custodian hereby agrees to accept, responsibility as the Fund's foreign custody manager for selecting, contracting with and monitoring Foreign Custodians in the countries set forth on Schedule 2 (each, a “Selected Country” and collectively, the “Selected Countries”) in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c).

  • Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

  • Committee Administration This option has been granted pursuant to a determination made by the Committee, and such Committee or any successor or substitute committee authorized by the Board of Directors or the Board of Directors itself, subject to the express terms of this option, shall have plenary authority to interpret any provision of this option and to make any determinations necessary or advisable for the administration of this option and the exercise of the rights herein granted, and may waive or amend any provisions hereof in any manner not adversely affecting the rights granted to Optionee by the express terms hereof.

  • Loan Administration Borrowings under the Loan shall be as follows:

  • Claims Administration the processing of claims made under the Insurance Policies, including the reporting of claims to the insurance carrier, management and defense of claims and providing for appropriate releases upon settlement of claims.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Collateral Administration The Collateral Agent shall maintain a database of certain characteristics of the Collateral on an ongoing basis, and provide to the Borrower, the Servicer, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders certain reports, schedules and calculations, all as more particularly described in this Section 11.3, based upon information and data received from the Servicer pursuant to Section 7.7 or from the Lenders and/or the Administrative Agent.
