Settlement Administration definition

Settlement Administration means the processing and payment of claims received from Class Members by the Settlement Administrator.
Settlement Administration means the process under the Court’s supervision, that includes, but is not limited to, the manner in which the Settlement Class Notice and the making of the payments and distributions required under this Agreement are effectuated, including administration of the Escrow Account.

Settlement Administration means providing notice of the Settlement to Settlement Class Members and governmental entities, including notice required by the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”), 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b), the processing of claims, requests for exclusions and objections and payment of approved claims received from Settlement Class Members by the Settlement Administrator.
Settlement Administration means the cooperative efforts of the Settlement Administrator, Special Master, and Class Counsel in the administering of the settlement set forth in this Agreement.
