Settlement Administration definition

Settlement Administration means the processing and payment of claims received from Class Members by the Settlement Administrator.
Settlement Administration means the process under the Court’s supervision, which includes, but is not limited to, the manner in which the Class Notice and the making of the calculations, payments, and distributions required under this Agreement, are effectuated.
