Settlement Administration definition

Settlement Administration means the processing and payment of claims received from Class Members by the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Administration means the process under the Court’s supervision, which includes, but is not limited to, the manner in which the Class Notice and the making of the calculations, payments, and distributions required under this Agreement, are effectuated. The cost for Class Notice and Settlement Administration will be deducted from the Settlement Fund.

• The Parties agree that if Costco withdraws, the Settlement shall be void ab initio, having no force or effect whatsoever, and that neither Party will have any further obligation to perform under this Agreement; provided, however, Costco will remain responsible for paying all Settlement Administration Expenses incurred to that point.
