Settlement Administration definition

Settlement Administration means the processing and payment of claims received from Class Members by the Settlement Administrator.
Settlement Administration means the process under the Court’s supervision, that includes, but is not limited to, the manner in which the Class Notice is provided, notice to Settlement Class Members and to federal and state officials under 28 U.S.C. § 1715, claim processing, and the making of the calculations, payments, and distributions required under this Agreement, are effectuated. The cost for Settlement Administration is deducted from the Settlement Fund.

More Definitions of Settlement Administration

Settlement Administration means the cooperative efforts of the Settlement Administrator, Special Master, and Class Counsel in the administering of the settlement set forth in this Agreement.
